8700/8600/4600 Series Mortise Lockets

ANSI Series 1000 Grade 1 & 2. Provides the highest level of key operated lockset security. 8700 and 8600 Series can be installed in doors prepared to ANSI A1151.1 Specs for doors 1 3/4" thick or more. 4600 Series can be installed on doors prepared to ANSI A115.11 Specs for doors 1 3/8" thick or more. Available in a wide variety of trim and lock functions. Sectional and escutcheon trim thru bolted for security and positive alignment.

FEATURES:
LOCK CASE AND COVER: Heavy gauge wrought steel, zinc dichromate plated.

DEADBOLT: Stainless steel, 1" throw, with 2 saw-resistant pins.

5400LN SERIES HEAVY-DUTY GRADE 1 KEY-IN-LEVER LOCKSET

ANSI Series 4000, Grade 1. 5400LN Series Locksets combine a lever handle with the high level of security of the 5400 Series lockset. These locksets can be installed on doors prepared to ANSI A115.2 Specifications covering cylindrical locksets. This key-in-lever lock is available in a variety of the most popular lock functions.

FEATURES: Patented Free Wheeling lever when locked.
MECHANISM: Heavy gauge steel, zinc dichromate plated.
BACKSET: 2 3/4" standard,or 3 3/4" & extension link for 5" backset are available.
LATCHBOLT: 1/2" throw standard, and 3/4" throw available.
GUARDBOLT: Deadlocks latchbolt when door is closed; standard on all locking functions.
DOOR THICKNESS: Adjustable from 1 3/4" to 2 1/4".

5300LN SERIES STANDARD-DUTY GRADE 2 KEY-IN-LEVER LOCKSET

ANSI Series 4000, Grade 2. 5300LN Series Lockset is based on Yale's industry leading 5400LN Series Lockset. It features our patented Free Wheeling design, which Yale introduced over 10 years ago to protect against vandalism. Its' throughbolts give it a secure fit that resists shaking and rattling. And because it is available with eight functions, and three lever designs, Yale has the lockset to satisfy virtually any grade 2 application.

FEATURES: Patented FreeWheeling levers when locked.
BACKSET: 2 3/4" (standard). Also available with 2 3/8", 3 3/4" and 5" (with extension).
DOOR THICKNESS: Patent pending design allows you to easily adjust between 1 3/4" and 1 3/8". Preset at factory for 1 3/4". Also available in 2" and 2 1/4" by special order.
UL LISTING: 3 hour UL / cUL fire label for all functions.
LATCHBOLT: 1/2" throw, with floating front for flat or beveled doors.

4300LN SERIES HEAVY-DUTY GRADE 2 KEY-IN-LEVER LOCKSETS

ANSI Series 4000, Grade 2. 4300LN Series Lockset is an economical light-duty lever lockset that provides an outstanding combination of value and performance. It is the ideal lever lockset for light commercial and heavy-duty residential applications including interior office doors, residential doors, bathrooms, and closets in hotels, nursing homes, restaurants, and retail complexes.

FEATURES: Interlocking tubular chassis and latchbolt.
BACKSET: 2 3/8" or 2 3/4".
DOOR THICKNESS: Locksets are adjustable for doors 1 3/8" to 1 3/4".
UL LISTING: 90 minute UL listing with fire cup (standard with all locks).

ANSI Series 4000, Grade 1. Provides the highest level of key-in-knob cylindrical lockset security. Install on doors prepared to ANSI A115.2 Specs. 5400 Series is for normal environmental conditions. 5500 Series (stainless steel) is for corrosive environments.

7000 SERIES EXIT DEVICES

Exit Devices fuse heavy duty strength into avant-garde hardware for flush and wide stile doors. Architects’ input was the key element to balance durability with visual appeal. Outside trim functions and specialty options permit customizing door control and aesthetics to fit the architectural scheme.

Rim Square Bolt devices (type 28), a Yale exclusive covered by pending patents.
Rim devices (type 1).
Surface vertical rod devices (type 2).
Concealed vertical rod devices (Types 7 and 8 ).

Outside rose trim fitting stock 161 door preps and other dedicated outside trim offer a solution to most situations. Heavy duty trim, to deal with today’s security concerns, is a new addition to the line.

Devices are made on high grade cold forged steel chassis supporting rugged mechanical components. Positive corrosion resistance is accomplished with heavy electroplated coats over ferrous parts. Protective features leading to product durability, such as free wheeling levers, are routinely designed into the products. Alloy latchbolts, designed for jimmy resistance, are operated with the low friction demanded for ADA compliance. Brass, bronze, or stainless steel, finished satin or bright, provide the external surfaces.

Electrical controlling (dogging"-G", remote latch pullback "-P", or mortise latch unlocking "-Safe", "-Secure") and monitoring (touchbar "-B", outside trim "-O") provide easy resolution to openings requiring electromechanical function.

Certified ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 exit hardware, UL Listed for fire labeled or panic exit doors.

Options range from support items, such as key removable mullions and raised molding clearance kits, to specialty custom packages.

1500 SERIES EXIT DEVICES

Traditional Exit Devices for compliance with the exit and access demands of today’s codes, where it is important to maintain the architectural lines of yesteryear.

Rim (type 1), Surface Vertical rod (type 2), Concealed Vertical Rod (type 8), and Mortise (type 3) exit devices for flush or wide stile doors. Outside functions are provided by escutcheon trim in a variety of functions and architectural finishes.

Brass, bronze or stainless steel external components, in satin or bright architectural finishes. Heavily electroplated high grade steel components. Two-point standard dogging feature positively retains the crossbar from both ends, for durable push-pull operation.

Certified ANSI A156.3 grade 1 exit hardware performance. UL listed for panic or fire exit doors.

Accessories include removable mullions, Torx security screws, and specialty components.

2100 SERIES EXIT DEVICES

Flatbar economy exit devices to address egress code needs with utilitarian packages, in openings with flush or wide stile doors. these exit devices, used with sectional outside trim, install in stock 161 door preps.

Rim (type 1), and Surface Vertical Rod (type 2) exit devices, for single swing openings , pairs without mullions, and pairs with mullions. Outside trim options for most functions.

Vandal resistant mechanisms featuring heavy steel components. Hefty dogging mechanism, for positive push-pull door action at peak traffic times. Baked Powder coat, electroplated, or architectural base material finish on all exposed surfaces.

Alarm Kit offers practical and economical exit control. Self contained, battery operated horn, sounds when the device touchbar is depressed to open the door. Easy field addition to exit device installation.
